PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice.
REFUNDS
Services are non-refundable. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on-site manager know of any concerns. We're here to help! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. As soon as you have walked out the salon door, we consider that you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
GUARANTEE
If your gel/dip/acrylic/gel × extensions full set chips within 7 days of your service, call and make an appointment to have it touched up at no cost. Please call during the 7 days. No exceptions.
PARTIES
We can host large parties such as birthday parties, bridal parties, bachelorette parties, girls' day out, or any other special occasion. A 48-hour notice and $30 deposit are required to be able to accommodate your party of 3 or more people.
RESERVATIONS
If you show up more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot
PERSONAL ITEMS
Cavalry Nail Bar is not responsible for personal items that have been damaged or lost at our salon. Please be extra careful when handling polishes
GRATUITIES:
Unfortunately, we are unable to add gratuities for technicians to credit, debit, gift cards, or e-gift. We do, however, accept gratuities through Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.
GIFT CARDS AND E-GIFT
Cavalry Nail Bar Gift Cards and E-Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Additionally, Cavalry Nail Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized card use. Lastly, gift cards expire 1 years from the date of purchase.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact the manager at front desk. We are very open to listen to your feedback to always improve our service. Our goal is to put a smile on all our clients' faces.

All offers/coupons must be presented at time of check-in. Offers and coupons can not be combined with any other offer.
